Q. What's the delivery time period from the date of purchase?

Ans: We normally require 10 days to deliver your order anywhere in India. However, delivery time would at times vary from product to product.

Q. Who pays for the reverse logistics in following cases?

Ans:

Manufacturing Defect: In case of a manufacturing defect in jewellery, the Company will bear the cost.

Delivery: In case of delivery problems or in case of delivery of wrong products, the Company will bear the cost.

Exchange: If you want to exchange the product for any reason other than a manufacturing defect or a wrong delivery, the delivery charges will be borne by you (customer).

Q. Can I change my order for the product which is available instead of cancelling the order (in case the product is out of stock)?

Ans: Yes.

Q. Can I customize the jewellery or can I get a chain attached for the pendant I have selected?

Ans: As of now, we are not offering any customization of products. But on special cases you can mail us your request and we will try to customize the product as per your requirement.

Q. What is the purity of gold?

Ans: Purity of Gold varies on product to product basis. We offer BIS Hallmark on all jewellery.
