Terms & Conditions

  • Actual amount shown in the invoice has rate inclusive of labour charges.
  • Invoice will be compulsory in case of any claim by customer.
  • Return or buyback of ornaments will be at company's policies and conditions.
  • Ornaments may be exchanged at full net weight but labour charges would be extra.

  • All items must be returned in their original condition unworn and unaltered.
  • Please keep the original invoice with you if you want to exchange a product without which processing the same would not be possible for us.
  • The policies are subject to change without prior notice.
  • When any piece of jewellery is received for Exchange, we will initiate the exchange process after checking the diamond quality as per its certificate.
  • Any product can be exchanged only once.
  • Schemes running at the time of initial purchase will not be valid at the time of exchange.
  • Disputes (if any) will be subject to Anand Jurisdiction.
  • The Policy of Conflict of Terms is applicable on all Exchanges and Buy-Backs.
  • At the time of buyback purity of net weight without labour charges at our(company) purchase rate will be considered.
  • Cost of other material like mani-moti, beeds, kidiya etc. will not be taken in consideration.
  • Customer is supposed to check the courier in front of courier person and should be accepted only after being sure that the product is not broken or damaged.
  • Any claim regarding broken product will not be entertained once accepted by customer from courier person.
  • In case of exchange of product the current rates will be considered and not the one considered during the time of purchase.
  • Recipient needs to keep a photo copy of any of the following national approved id proofs handy for receiving the delivery:-
    • Pan card
    • Driving License
    • Passport
    • Voter identification card
    • Postal identification Card (Aadhar)

Conflict of Terms:

If there is a conflict or contradiction between the provisions of this website's terms and conditions and any other relevant policies, in such case policies and conditions of company will prevail. IMPORTANT

Who pays for the reverse logistics in following cases?

Manufacturing Defect: In case of a manufacturing defect in jewellery, the Company will bear the cost.

Delivery: In case of delivery problems or in case of delivery of wrong products, the Company will bear the cost.

Exchange: If you want to exchange the product for any reason other than a manufacturing defect or a wrong delivery, the delivery charges will be borne by you (customer).
